Who is faturi for?

Freelancers and small studios who want beautiful, correct invoices without learning tax law. faturi is invoicing software, not accounting: no chart of accounts, no payroll, no time tracking.

Does faturi work with a US LLC?

Yes. You set up your company as an LLC, with EIN and state tax ID. faturi classifies the tax for customers in the EU and the rest of the world and puts the right notice on the invoice. Cases that need a closer look are flagged.

Can faturi create XRechnung and ZUGFeRD e-invoices?

Yes. faturi generates XRechnung 3.0 as UBL and CII, ZUGFeRD 2.1 in the EN 16931 profile and UBL following PEPPOL BIS 3.0. The XML can be embedded straight into the PDF.

How does faturi detect reverse charge?

From your tax status, your customer's country, whether they are a business and whether a VAT ID is on file. If an invoice contradicts these rules, faturi will not issue it. Edge cases are flagged for review.

What is MCP, and why would I want it?

MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants work with apps. You connect faturi to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor once, then create customers, write invoices and fetch PDFs from the chat.

Can I change how my invoices look?

Yes. Pick one of five templates or change it in the code editor. Or give faturi your website or logo, and the AI designs a template in your colours and fonts. Over MCP, Claude can create one for you too.

Can faturi send recurring invoices?

Yes. You set up a series, monthly, quarterly or yearly. faturi writes every invoice on its billing day and works out the VAT afresh each time. It can email the invoice for you, or keep it as a draft until you have checked it.

Does faturi replace my tax advisor?

No. faturi makes sure your invoices are formally correct. Tax returns and advice stay with your tax advisor.
